Walther Trowal’s centrifugal disk finishing machines has spinners that rotate spinner with a speed of between 60 and 250 U/min.

Walther Trowal: Disk Finish Machine features an intensive interaction between processing media and work pieces, and the high pressure of the media on the workpiece surface created by the centrifugal force of the rotating spinner.

The machines have the option for “gap rinsing”, which prevents thin parts from getting caught in the gap between the rotating spinner and stationary work bowl, and the precise setting of the gap was crucial for achieving the required finishing results. The gap size can be easily adjusted with the specified standard gap setting system.

A fully automated system, with excellent processing results and fastest cycle per batch in industry. due to highest RPM in industry, it significantly outperforms the competition.
