LVD: ToolCell 220/40 Plus Press Brake

The ToolCell 220/40 Plus is an automated tool changing press brake from LVD that can handle bend lengths of four metres with 240 tons of bending force.

The press brake has an open height of 570 mm with stroke of 300 mm, which can be enhanced to an opening of 670 mm and stroke of 400 mm.

It has a working speed up to 21 mm per sec, along with an X-axis speed up to 600 mm per sec, with travel of 1,300 mm and a bend accuracy of +/- 0.3 degrees. The press brake has an integrated tool changer and tool storage system, and 48 mm touchscreen controls.
