Schunk: Tendo Slim 4ax Toolholder
The Tendo Slim 4ax toolholder by Schunk is designed to combine the outside geometry of heat shrinking mountings with its hydraulic expansion technology.
The toolholder is suitable for axial machining, such as reaming, drilling, counterbore / chamfering and thread tapping in a 5-axis centre and the die and mould making industry.
The toolholder has DIN 69882-8 dimension features, a permanent run-out and repeat accuracy of less than 0.003 mm, and a balancing grade of G 2.5 at 25,000 rpm. Mountings are available for the interfaces HSK-A63 with diameters of 10 mm through 20 mm.
